At Katlimartelle, our Consultation service marks the beginning of your custom garment journey. During our first in-person meeting, we'll delve into the specifics of your event or needs, exploring design concepts, aesthetics, fabric choices, and reviewing sketches. Together, we’ll discuss the number of looks required and timeline, ensuring your vision comes to life seamlessly.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for every client, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. Appointments may be booked up to 1 week in advance. Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or no-shows, will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is available up to 72 hours before your appointment. Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule.
